We are so excited that you are considering our camps this year.  Please fill out the Registration Form & the Medical Release.  You can return them to us by printing out the two forms, filling them out & returning them along with your registration fee by bringing them to the office or mailing them to:  Black River Baptist Association, 212 Southwest Drive, Kennett, MO 63857.  You may also email them to 68blackriver@ gmail.com

We need all camp attendees to fill out both, the registration form & the medical release.

Pre-registration is detailed on the registration form.  If you complete the registration process by the Sunday before the week of camp you are attending, then it will be considered pre-registered. 

All registrations after that will be NOT be considered pre-registered.
